PIM library terms of use

§1 General provisions

These terms of use govern the rules for using the online PIM (Product Information Management) product library operated by DORA METAL Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Czarnków, ul. Chodzieska 27 (hereinafter: the "Library").

The Library serves trade partners and authorised Company employees for browsing the product catalog, downloading technical and commercial materials. It is not an online store or an offer directed at consumers.

§2 User account

• Access to the Library requires creating an account on the basis of an application and acceptance by the Company's administrator.
• The user undertakes to protect login credentials and not to share the account with third parties.
• The Company may suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these terms or termination of cooperation.

§3 Content and files

• All materials in the Library (descriptions, photographs, CAD files, PDFs, technical data sheets) are the property of DORA METAL Sp. z o.o. or authorised entities.
• Materials may only be used for commercial purposes related to the distribution or design using Dora-Metal products.
• Public sharing of CAD/PDF files with unauthorised persons and modification of content without the Company's consent are prohibited.

§4 Liability

Technical and commercial data in the Library is for informational purposes. The Company endeavours to keep it up to date, however it does not guarantee uninterrupted system operation or full compliance with individual design requirements.

The Company is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of materials or interruptions in access caused by force majeure, technical works or infrastructure failures.

§5 Changes to the terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms of use. Users will be informed of material changes by electronic means to the e-mail address assigned to the account.

Continued use of the Library after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance thereof.
